The stan model is in the file named "2ndassignment_clean.stan"
The script where the model is fitted is called "fitmodel_assignment2.Rmd"
The fitted model is located in the fitted_models folder, as of right now there is only 1 file in there
The .rmd and .csv files called "stan_test_data" is the simulated data, and the script used for generating it.
The remaining scripts are all model assessments of some sorts, where figures are saved in the folder with said name.
