The icu packageconfig flag is now set by default the
harfbuzz recipe since:

harfbuzz: enable icu feature
This is required to build latest webkitgtk

Ignore oelint.vars.specific in the dynamic layer for meta-clang since toolchain-clang is defined in meta-clang so there is not an error.
* Delete `qemu-native_%.bbappend` as it is no longer needed. * Remove associated patch and file path configurations.
* Rename recipe from `wpewebkit_2.50.4.bb` to `wpewebkit_2.51.92.bb`. * Update tarball SHA-256 checksum to `e8a08dc219311c34845db527b49e52368f351546081b910e1d900aa081ba3f60`. * Change `SRCBRANCH` to `webkitglib/2.52`. * Update `SRCREV` to `ed00b3221802c01e063ae206cbda484103b461de`. * Rename configuration file from `wpe-2_50.conf` to `wpe-2_52.conf`. * Update `PREFERRED_VERSION_wpewebkit` to `2.51.%` in the configuration file. * ci: Update `wpe_vers` to `2_52` in `.github/workflows/test-build.yml`.
