AP Packet Loss Visualization

AP Packet Loss Visualizations will go on all non AS-GEO paired pages:

• Country and/or Region is selected (but not ASN)
• AS is selected but not Country and/or Region

The visualization will include two signals (even though the image and current figma link only has one):

• Latency in round trip time measured in ms
• Packet loss based on a percentage loss rate.
• there will be two y-axis when both signals are on

Interaction:

• by default both signals should be shown, users should be able to turn one on or off.

@salcock can you let us know when the AP Packet Loss data is in the API?

AP packet loss should only appear on a country, region, or asn entity, never on a asn-region or asn-country entity page.

• y-axis should start at 0 and 0%
• "Package Loss" should be changed to "Packet Loss"
• when the user removes "Latency" both 90th and 10th percentile as well as Median Latency should be removed from the graph (follow the template/logic from the timeseries data of BGP, Active Probing, Telescope)

• implement colors from:

• move AP Packet Loss to right below Internet Connectivity Signals
• Match the width/length of the Internet Connectivity Signals timeseries - this will mean there is empty space in the "outage event" panel
• ignore sync time ranges
