This PR adds an improved Auto-Tuning system and a new global chat panel.
It introduces an auto-tuning agent with job tracking, benchmarking, and a performance knowledge base, allowing configurations to be explored, evaluated, and reused over time. A chat proxy API is included to support OpenAI-compatible external endpoints without CORS issues.
On the frontend, a dockable chat panel is added with support for multiple model sources, tool calls with user confirmation, and tight integration with auto-tuning jobs. A new Auto-Tuning page and responsive layout updates are also included.
Additionally, this PR adds an MCP server to enable external AI clients to interact with LMStack through a standardized interface.
