Overview

• Improving description of commands, adding more infos
  • Improving description of Plot Grants
• Reordering permission or command list to keep it consistent with the syntax
• Fixing typos

Description

Note: I haven't changed anything in the command list (Usage / Secondary:) or permission list (Permissions:). Only the order has been adjusted. Mostly to keep it consistent with the main syntax (Usage / Primary:) to make it more readable.

Submitter Checklist
