Allow engines/runBatch to skip screenshot capture, and add make run-batch-capped (systemd MemoryMax) so large CSV batches do not OOM the host desktop. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Move README and CHANGELOG into docs/, drop public docker/DOCKERHUB.md (Hub sync via private .cursor/scripts), stop tracking .cursor in .gitignore, and default SQLITE_PATH to db/database.db. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
