The Vessel Segmentation is written in Matlab. The main function is vessel_segmentation.m, which takes in a numeric 3D array (photoacoustic image) and optionally a structure array specifying the needed input parameters, which can be defined with the script define_inputs.m. Refer to the help documentation of a particular function for further details.
