[REFACTOR] data_accessor

• This file is way too long and has way too many different functions
• I suggest splitting it up and having separate files for:
  • Friends logic (send/accept/decline/search)
  • Hangout logic (create/accept/vote/confirm/etc)
  • User logic (get user/notifications/etc)
