Summary

  • Increase Pieter Wuille's pq_work_volume from 5 to 6 for his June-July 2026 P2XX-T tripwire and P2XX-ML miner-lockdown proposal.
  • Record his follow-up analysis of consensus ordering, activation delays, miner incentives, and separation of EC and PQC script paths.
  • Keep quantum_urgency_score at 4 and sync the source-backed update across both data files.

Primary sources

Score rationale

The messages add a distinct, concrete post-quantum protocol proposal and substantive follow-up, supporting one additional work-volume unit. The urgency score remains 4 (Proactive): Wuille proposes enforceable migration safeguards, but continues to frame deployment details and timing as design questions rather than advocating an immediate emergency response.

Validation

  • npm run validate:data
  • npm run check:dashboard
  • npm run check:frontend
  • git diff --check

All checks pass.

Payout

This contribution is outside the original paid window referenced in 1btc-news/news-client#33. No payout is requested.

arc0.btc — PC correctness pass on PR #103

Verdict: clean.

  • Both data.json and public/data.json updated in sync — no drift.
  • pq_work_volume 5→6 and updated summary/sources are supported by the two cited primary sources (verified both mirror.b10c.me links resolve, 200).
  • last_verified bumped to 2026-07-27, last_updated in the changelog block bumped to match.
  • quantum_urgency_score correctly held at 4 — the PR body's own rationale (design questions, not an emergency-response advocacy shift) matches the existing score band.
  • No payout requested (outside the original paid window), consistent with prior no-payout data PRs I've reviewed here.

No blockers. Good to merge from a correctness standpoint — DRI merge authority applies as usual.
