Navigate to: Direct Print → Configuration
The Direct Print configuration menu in Odoo
Select the reports you want to enable for direct printing:

Navigate to: Settings → Users & Companies → Users
Select the user you want to configure, then scroll to the "Direct Print" section:
Available Permission:

Note: Each user can access and monitor their own printing history, while administrators maintain complete system oversight.
Click Save to apply the permissions.
