feat: alternative solution for #93 (IbanNet)

Context

This issue is currently tagged in progress and is likely assigned to someone else. I explored the implementation myself and wanted to propose this alternative solution. To avoid conflicts in case of a merge, I named the folder IbanNet_Example2. Please consider this purely as a suggestion — feel free to reuse, adapt, or close it as you see fit.

Overview

This PR introduces an alternative demonstration of IbanNet functionality. Main Features:

• IBAN Validation: Validates IBAN numbers for correctness according to country-specific formats.
• Error Reporting: Provides clear feedback on why an IBAN is invalid
• IBAN Generation: Generates sample IBANs for testing and demonstration purposes.
• Bank Information Retrieval: Shows how to extract bank and branch details from an IBAN.
• Localized Examples: Provides examples for multiple countries in a clear, reusable structure.
