- Pin all GitHub Action versions to exact commit SHAs across build, release, and scorecard workflows to comply with OpenSSF Scorecard 'Pinned-Dependencies'.
- Mark Community baseline (Governance, Code of Conduct) and OSSF Best Practices self-certification as complete in README.md and ROADMAP.md.
