fix: the agent is not woken by what it did itself

• Sessions keep the money read after their own payments, chat sessions included
• Changes to invoices already paid or sent do not wake the agent or add activity lines
• Alarms can name their invoice and do not ring once it is paid
• No heartbeat wake every 4 hours
• One short chat line when the agent pays on its own
