fix: tell the owner each thing once and keep the agent's question in reminders

• Activity: one line per payment, no repeated reply, no changed line when the agent decided on the invoice.
• Wallet reminders keep the agent's question; the supplier is named once.
• A hold the agent chose that only lost reasons does not wake it.
