feat: the agent moves the owner's USDC on Base and Ethereum Sepolia into Gateway within the owner's limits - #82

- ShopFunding (one per owner per chain, CREATE2 from ShopFundingFactory): the agent may only deposit the owner's USDC into the owner's own Gateway balance, within a per-move and a weekly cap; pause. Factories deployed at 0x69e31Af302Ee222204AA78099D39a2956F5C95d6 on Base Sepolia and Ethereum Sepolia.
- Agent: cash_position shows the owner's USDC per chain and what it may move; new deposit_to_gateway tool (simulated, then sent with its Circle wallet on that chain); then bring_funds.
- Dashboard: one confirmation per chain when the wallet batches calls (EIP-5792 wallet_sendCalls, MetaMask smart account), otherwise one per step.
- Unit and fuzz tests, plus a fork test against Base Sepolia's real GatewayWallet.
