a simple password manager using Azure Keyvault
version 0.1 only allows reading from keyvault, creating new secrets feature will come later.
download the src directory and either run with the PS1 parameters or add default values into the script
only tested on the latest Win10 with powershell 5.1
requires the azurerm module to be installed
