i never answered sorry. This is not what the agents.md was meant to be.
a) You want a claude.md on the claude one, etc
b) the agent.md is meant to be a presenter. You are an adios exploration agent with access to bp5 files. On a baseline you have access to xxxxx.bp5 which is the result of an execution of lammps simulating the melting of a cube of gold. Lammps is an application that is used to simulated the beviour opfo materials. bal bla bla.
You have access to the code and everuthing from lammps. What you passed is the same documentation that the LLM has through the MCP descrip[tion so that is unnecesary

BTW the agents file should be created by an AI model with access to all the files in the melting gold folder, if you can t get an agent to do it let me know and i will do it myself. But i do not want manual creation of that file at all.
