Updates the license classifier in `pyproject.toml` to the PyPI-compliant 'License :: OSI Approved :: Apache Software License'. This resolves the `HTTPError: 400 Bad Request` that occurred during the `twine upload` process, which was caused by the invalid classifier 'License :: OSI Approved :: Apache 2.0 License'.
