Better alignment of export function to data requirements for model fitting code

Code:

1. adds Well_ID column
2. clarifies that BLANK wells are NA for Inoculum_ID
3. assigns Timeseries_ID to DATA (growth) wells only

Inclusion of NA values required reindexing. I'm not sure if the use of match() is the most efficient approach but it works as intended.
