I was using KeyPass 2.58 and it did not work. So I updated both Firefox and KeyPass to the latest version and still the same.
Things that might help:
- it can list all my firefox profiles properly
- it does complain if Firefox's master password is wrong
- after I click "Start", it does not give me any errors, it just says "zero passwords imported"
