Jukebox doesn't show up on screens that are not in focus

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch Jukebox
2. Jukebox only shows up on the display with active focus

Expected behavior
Visible on all screens at the same time

• Jukebox Version: 0.95

@thvozdovic - very delayed, I know, but I've picked it up and have been working on it after trying to contact the developer (here and their website) and getting nothing. This has been fixed in a release I just posted.
