Hide Menu Bar widget when music app is not running

An empty "pause" icon takes up precious space and doesn't serve a purpose.

I'd prefer if Jukebox got itself out of the way when the music app is quit.

@jaydenk I’d like to report a bug when using two monitors: on the second monitor, when the bar is idle, the song title disappears if the wallpaper is dark. Will you enable the Issues tab on your fork?

@ramonfloriano, @alexschcom, @yesnt10 - nice and old, but I've picked it up and have been working on it after trying to contact the developer (here and their website) and getting nothing. This was the first thing I did!
