- Add i18n infrastructure: ui.ts, utils.ts, tags.ts with ~120 translation keys - Add LanguageSwitcher component for EN/DE/ZH toggling - Add remark-ruby.mjs for pinyin ruby annotations - Add pinyin-utils.ts for Chinese text pinyin generation - Restructure content into locale directories (en/, de/, zh/) - Update all components with translated strings (Header, Footer, MobileMenu, ShareButtons, ArticleNav, PostDownloads, TableOfContents, RelatedPosts, BackToTop, Lightbox, KeyboardShortcuts, SearchOverlay and subcomponents, GitHubCalendar, MiningTray, Transcript, PdfEmbed, VideoPlayer) - Add getStaticPaths for all [lang] dynamic routes - Update content.config.ts with locale-aware glob patterns - Update astro.config.mjs with i18n block and remarkRuby plugin - Create phase-5-i18n test post in all 3 locales - All files comply with 100-120 line limit per AGENTS.md - Build succeeds with 54 pages
