Moving around multiple tags

Describe the feature idea

I would like to see a feature where we can move around multiple tags in the individual image tag editor, as I have found myself needing to move around multiple features at once, but either have to do that in the bulk settings and count the spot that I want to put it in and remove the other tags from images that don't need it, or use text editor to do that.

That would be nice but I'm not sure how I'd go around for implementing that feature
