Security fixes (env vars for SECRET_KEY/DB password, SQL injection fix), critical bug fixes (DelUser DELETE, wrong import, missing @staticmethod), code quality (removed all debug prints, bare excepts, ASCII art, duplicate imports). 19 atomic commits.
