Test/resume parser responsive breakpoints

Fixes #2879

This PR adds responsive breakpoint validation tests for the resume parser module. It ensures correct layout behavior across mobile viewport widths (specifically 375px), validating column reflow, overflow safety, navigation scaling, and mobile toggle interactions.
