fix: update package name from github-streak-badge to commitpulse

Description

Fixes #1792

The name field in package.json still referenced the legacy project name github-streak-badge after the repository was rebranded to CommitPulse. This caused inconsistency in stack traces, log outputs, and package manager indexing. Updated the name field to commitpulse and regenerated package-lock.json by running npm install.
