fix: hamburger menu position is incorrect on query page

Page: /query

Issue:
The hamburger menu icon that toggles the query history sidebar is currently
positioned poorly — it sits just below the topbar on the left edge but feels
out of place and inconsistent with the overall layout.

Expected behavior:
The hamburger icon should be cleanly integrated into the topbar or placed
in a more intentional position that feels natural to the user.

Proposed fix:

• Move the hamburger icon into the topbar on the left side, next to the Inquira logo
• Only show it on the /query page
• Should toggle the history sidebar smoothly
