fix: role dropdown in invite member cuts off — options not fully accessible

Bug Report

Page: /settings → Team tab → Invite Member section

Issue:
The role dropdown in the "Invite Member" form gets cut off by the section
container boundary. Only "Owner" and partially "Admin" are visible —
"Analyst" and "Viewer" options are hidden and inaccessible.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Settings → Team tab
2. Scroll to the "Invite Member" section
3. Click the Role dropdown
4. Observe that the dropdown list is clipped by the parent container

Expected behavior:
The dropdown should overflow above or below the container boundary,
showing all available role options fully.

Root cause (suspected):
The parent Section component has overflow-hidden on the
border border-zinc-900 rounded-2xl overflow-hidden container,
which clips the dropdown.

Fix:
Remove overflow-hidden from the Section wrapper in Settings.jsx,
or apply overflow-visible specifically when a dropdown is open,
or render the dropdown using a portal so it escapes the container.
