English: - Document current task budgets, persistent queues, effective concurrency, cumulative retries, deletion, legacy reconciliation, previews and verification in both root README languages. - Correct source and binary environment loading and initial-user semantics in both READMEs; point to the published v0.3.0 preview and distinguish it from repaired main behavior. - Record delivery facts in the repository handoff. The root README omitted the repaired task behavior and linked to an unavailable v0.1.0 GitHub release. It now documents limits, persistent queues, cumulative retries, deletion, legacy output checks, previews and validation in Chinese and English, and links to the published v0.3.0 preview while explaining that current repair behavior requires main.
根 README 遗漏了已修复任务行为，且 GitHub 发布链接仍指向不可用的 v0.1.0。现已同步资源上限、持久排队、累计重试、删除、历史核对、预览和验证，并将链接修正为已发布的 v0.3.0 预览版，明确当前修复对应 main。
Both READMEs now distinguish process environment variables from Docker
.envinjection and explain that initial credentials do not reset existing users. Repository handoff facts are also updated. No application code, deployment or binary release changes.两个 README 同时修正环境变量与 Docker
