English: - Remove 24 redundant or unused files: duplicate READMEs, the one-off handoff prompt, an obsolete change note, debug HTML, five empty packages, the disconnected planner and its tests, ten unused SVGs, and a generated region report. - Update references, actual architecture, deployment credential semantics, completed handoff status and report ignore rules. Keep historical release and promotion material clearly marked instead of treating it as current instructions. - Add a maintenance audit with seven unresolved issues and five verified missing region files. Remove 24 files that duplicate current documentation, contain unused extraction scaffolding, or are not referenced by the application: README_ZH, the duplicate app English README, the one-off handoff prompt, an obsolete change note, debug HTML, five empty packages, the disconnected planner and its tests, ten unused SVGs, and a generated report. Active geometry, UI assets, compatibility tables and real API regression tests remain.

The maintenance audit records seven unresolved issues: destructive region deployment sync, parent-region fallback, existing-account password rotation, five missing region geometries, version drift, outdated release packaging instructions, and unverified region maintenance tooling. Those issues are documented, not claimed fixed by this cleanup. No production or provider operations were performed.
