Web player: live progress, mirrors, restartable links, share targets - #2

/w?url=<page>[&n=<mirror>] opens the player at once; a background thread finds and relays the stream while the page polls /j/<id> and shows each step. Watch links restart the stream on refresh, viewers of the same link share one relay, and the player offers Restart / Next mirror and says when the source dies. Home page lists recent links, auto-submits on paste and has a bookmarklet; a web manifest makes it an Android share target. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Makes the web player feel instant and recoverable.
/w?url=…opens the player right away; the stream is found and relayed in a background thread while the page polls/j/<id>and shows unplayer's progress live./?url=redirect, auto-submit on paste, drag-to-bookmarks link, and amanifest.jsonshare target (Android share menu). README covers the iPhone Shortcut.Tested against a local HLS source in Chrome: progress → buffering → playback, mirror out of range, share-text links, dead-source message.
make testpasses. Not verified: PWA install on a real Android phone (SVG-only icon; may need 192/512 PNGs).
