Problem
SQLAlchemy already stores column-level documentation via Column(comment="..."). This information is available in the metadata at introspection time but is currently discarded.
Proposed
Surface column comments in the interactive HTML output as tooltips (e.g. on hover over the column row). The data is already accessible in introspect.py — it just needs to be passed through to html_renderer.py and rendered as a title attribute or a custom tooltip element.
No changes needed for SVG/PNG/PDF exports (tooltips don't translate well to static formats).
