Resolves cargo clippy --tests -- -D warnings failures (C1). Refs #3

Tests now cover THOTH_DB override, XDG fallback, and HOME fallback through the pure fns deterministically without env mutation races. Two thin wiring tests confirm the public APIs read the correct env vars (C2). Refs #3
…undaries (C3, W1) record_never_propagates_error now drops the commands table so record() hits a real rusqlite error and must swallow it; asserts log was written and no panic. double_failure_no_row_no_panic holds BEGIN IMMEDIATE through both record() attempts, asserts 0 rows and no panic (log assertion omitted: global LOG_PATH is shared across parallel tests and makes it non-deterministic). Restructured the reuse branch from row.unwrap().0 to if let Some((sid,..)) to avoid unwrap in production code (W2). Logically identical behavior; the unreachable else arm re-creates a session as safe fallback. Refs #3

First public release of Thoth (v0.1.0). Brings the full feature set from develop: context-aware capture, fuzzy + finder-style TUI search, workspaces with record-and-replay, themes, a vim-style modal UI, sessions, stats, export, tags, configuration, prompt setup, and the release tooling (cargo-dist installers + docs).
