- Fix listAppStoreVersionLocalizations to use correct relationship endpoint
- Fix response format for localization handlers to use formatResponse()
- Add listAppInfoLocalizations, updateAppInfoLocalization
- Add createAppStoreVersionLocalization, createAppInfoLocalization
- Register all new tools in buildToolsList() with proper schemas
