只新增三份规划文档，不改任何 UI 或 Tauri 代码：
docs/workbench-plan.md：把 Desktop 定位成终端 / TUI 管理器（不是 AI IDE），给出 Workspace、马赛克分屏、原生 TUI、ACP、Provider 的架构建议docs/desktop-gap-checklist.md：已预勾选的刚需 + 需要你拍板的裁剪项（编辑器、内嵌浏览器、IM 守护进程等）docs/im-bridge.md：独立 IM Agent 设计（查询 workspace/tab、进度通知、指派任务），渠道走 OpenClaw + 官方 Bot API / 腾讯微信插件是否可直接上线
否。纯文档，不影响现有桌面端行为。
上线前是否需要 review
需要。马赛克与北极星裁剪会决定后续所有 UI PR 的方向，必须先拍板再实现。实现后的 GUI 会再单独交截图/录屏给你看。
review 的前置条件
docs/desktop-gap-checklist.md勾选：编辑器、浏览器、GitHub PR、MiMo、IM 常驻、技能源、密钥存储后续实现会拆成多个独立 PR（TileTree 模型、Workspace 迁移、马赛克渲染、TUI 标签、ACP flag、模型四分组、IM 桥等），每个 PR 都会写明范围、可否上线、是否需审。
