本次改动范围
Provider 目录：内置 models.dev 风格快照，设置里挑选后自动填 base URL / 协议 / 模型列表，粘贴 key 即可。OpenRouter 作为推荐入口。自定义表单仍保留。模型选择器按官方 / 内置 / BYOK 分组（能分到的都分了）。
无 LiteLLM。带刷新脚本与数据归属说明。
是否可直接上线
否。目录数据是快照，要确认协议字段填对、不会写坏现有自定义 provider。
上线前是否需要 review
需要看设置页与模型选择器。
