This PR adds deployment support for Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663), a new EVM-compatible network. The changes include a new deploy-robinhood-mainnet Makefile target with Blockscout as the contract verifier, an updated README network table, and a committed broadcast artifact from an already-executed deployment.
The broadcast JSON file containing the full deployment transaction bytecode and metadata has been committed to the repository, which is a common but potentially noisy practice — teams sometimes prefer to gitignore these artifacts or only commit run-latest.json.
