This PR adds deployment support for the Soneium mainnet (chain ID 1868) by adding a new network configuration in the Makefile and a corresponding deploy-soneium-mainnet target, updating the README network table, and including the broadcast artifact from a successful deployment run. The changes are minimal and follow the same pattern used for other networks like Robinhood Chain. Note that the deploy-soneium-mainnet target is missing a trailing newline at the end of the Makefile.
