Annual variation anomalies in time series data exhibit certain universality prior to earthquakes. To address such phenomena, this software primarily constructs a new information extraction workflow based on the S-transform time-frequency method. Compared with conventional approaches, it can avoid issues encountered in normal annual variation background fitting while additionally enabling simultaneous analysis of the evolutionary process of background annual variation signals (ANA) alongside extracting conventional short-period annual variation anomalies (ONA). Furthermore, based on a bidirectional asymmetric threshold strategy combined with R-value scoring and Molchan diagram method, a quantitative methodology has been established for determining prediction indicators and conducting efficacy evaluation. The expanded threshold parameter space and inclusion of more evaluation parameters make indicator selection and efficacy assessment more reasonable.
