fix(watch): responsive layout and dynamic name truncation in Live Dashboard

This PR resolves issue #134 by making the Live Dashboard (kdm watch) fully responsive. It tracks terminal window resizing, stacks panels vertically on narrow layouts (< 80 columns), and dynamically truncates container/pod names to fit the layout width, preventing overlap or boundary breakages.
