can you check if these make sense? The problem was that the model weights for synthstrip were not downloaded into the openrecon recontainer and then the brain extraction failed on the scanner. It now fails more explicitly. I also restructured how openrecon parameters are handled - so the openrecon_example.md is outdated and it would be better if documentation like this lives with the openrecon container -otherwise the risk is that it outdates very quickly.
