Release FieldPilot 0.6.0 business workflow

What changed

• add immutable expense-policy version history and plan snapshot binding
• apply transport disruption and weather events at the candidate-provider boundary
• add authorized manual rail, flight, and hotel inventory import with provenance fingerprints
• expand the workbench, CI, HTTP smoke workflow, live Amap validation, and release documentation

Why

FieldPilot now closes the field-mission lifecycle from typed mission intake through policy-constrained planning, execution checkpoints, auditable events, and deterministic suffix replanning without presenting fixture data as live inventory.

Validation

• 55 backend tests passed
• Alembic upgrade/check/downgrade/re-upgrade passed at 20260810_0005
• R1-R5 live HTTP smoke passed
• workbench and showcase production builds passed
• local and remote Git tree SHA verified identical

Release boundary

Production remains Mock LLM + Fixture Provider until the post-merge Render/Netlify deployment and separate credentialed Amap validation complete.
