A BiS solver that takes materia and meld caps into account. Simple CLI interface exists in FFXIVBisSolverCLI.

When building, make sure that the SaintCoinach dependency is merged with its YamlDotNet version (ILMerge /internal). If you use the dependencies provided, that's already done.
