Trained a resnet50 model to classify flower species from the Oxford Flower Dataset
20 epochs with frozen pretrained layers, 7 epochs with all layers unfrozen
Optimizer - Adam with Learning Rate 0.001 when layers were frozen and 0.0001 when layers are unfrozen
Accuracy on Test Dataset - 97.8%
