Initial complete program

This is the program as completed to the initial spec from Daniel Cambron. Various improvements could potentially be made, for more see the Todo list in the README. The program has not been tested on a moving car so it is hard to tell if some of the calculations are correct. They seem to work and it should be quick to fix such things if needed.
