(WIP) 'Add Project' Feature via UI

Description

• Modified front-end dashboard.js and sidebar.js files to have UI "Add Project" button. Once clicked, they will send a request to the backend, which will then add a project to the DB owned by that user.

Motivation and Context

• Allows user to easily add a project via the UI, by clicking the plus button on the sidebar or on the dashboard

How Has This Been Tested?

• Currently still a work in progress, will continue testing once finished.
