Context
Consolidates the dependency upgrades proposed in #3664, #3680, #3681, #3698, and #3699. Updating the Vitest packages individually mixes versions with incompatible peer requirements and causes
npm cito fail.Results
The Vitest packages resolve to matching versions, allowing the dependency tree to install without overriding peer requirements.
