Finding
runPrintMode()only waits after explicit prompts. Asession_starthandler can call the intentionally fire-and-forgetpi.sendUserMessage()duringbindExtensions(). If extension input preflight yields, text and JSON modes proceed directly to disposal before that message starts.Fix
Wait for session idle immediately after extension binding, before sending explicit CLI prompts. Add delayed faux-provider coverage for text and JSON startup continuations.
