Closes #153
The create-project wizard copied the first repository's name, description and languages. This adds
POST /api/organizations/{orgId}/code/github/project-profile: it reads the README and manifests of the picked repositories (at most 3, via the GitHub App) and the Jira project's text, and asks the model once for a name, description, domain, architecture and technical profile covering all of them. It checks and meters the AI allowance (new PROJECT_SETUP feature), treats the sources as untrusted data, and falls back to the sources' metadata (generated=false) when no model is available or its reply is unreadable.Verified: unit tests (handler and adapter), architecture and modularity.
